good people to work for, need to make sure that you are very well prepared. The interview lasted the whole day and most of it was technical in nature. The interview was held on site and they paid for the flight and hotel accomodations. A friend of mine had recently gone through this so I had some idea of the process

I went through a two-stage process. First I had a phone interview with HR. About a wek and a half later I had another phone interview with my manager and my supervisor. Was a fairly easy process. They mostly asked about my previous experience and what I could bring to the table.

Normal ,call came from HR dept. And they asked about experience and all and then scheduled for interview. I think they picked up resume from job portals.
Not much technical query was asked. As they needed normal person.
