Had a phone interview and a one-on-one interview with the future manager. Interview was fairly straight forward. Normal questions. I don't remember any of the specific questions I was asked.

Went not too well. The questions that the interviewer asked was really tough. I couldn't answer many questions. I got nervous and they could see it. It was awful. Id suggest you to be prepared .

Schnelle Reaktion auf die Bewerbung mit Einladung nach Wiesbaden - Top! Gespräch mit Vertretung aus Personalabteilung (via Video) und zukünftigem Vorgesetzten. Beide Gesprächspartner überzeugten durch soziale Inkompetenz. Keinerlei Reaktion auf Small-Talk und dadurch relativ angespannte Stimmung. CV wurde anschließend auseinandergenommen und fachlich relevante Fragen gestellt, so weit so gut. Insgesamt sehr schäbiges Auftreten des Unternehmens, extremst unsympatische Gesprächspartner und eine Arbeitsumgebung die weniger hässlich nicht sein könnte: Ultra-Großraumbüros mit (auf den ersten Blick) 50+ MA in marodem, dunklen, wenig modernen Gebäude - kann jedem abraten sich hier niederlassen zu wollen. Absage kam via E-Mail, da man mich "nicht telefonisch erreichen konnte", habe allerdings gesehen, dass man lediglich versuchte anzuklingeln und direkt wieder auflegte, bravo!
