First step was a phone call interview. The interview was from third party company like HR agent, so I could not get detail answer about the company. Also the interview sounded like working on computer during my interview, so it was not really respectful.

One-hour interview with a skill and in-person test with your future manager. The skill test was not too hard. It would be helpful to review the company webpage prior to the test.
