Had a panel meeting with 2 managers (1 manager, 1 supervisor) where they asked basic questions about my qualifications and skills. There was no real examination of my education or background, just "can you do this" etc. Nothing too complicated.

I was hired on as a temp in May 2019 and the process was really easy. They ask you basic interview questions and i met with the agency before going to the company.
