The interview process was a bit messy, the recruiter set up an appointment and didnt call or reschedule, I had to reach out. We agreed on another phone call and again they weren't punctual. The face-to-face interview was not structured, the interviewer (also the founder of the company) was opinionated and judgemental and at some point asked about stability of my relationship with my partner as it is how I obtain residence. Rude and unprofessional, wouldn't recommend it for any ambitious and competent professional.
