3 step interview first the call then a first interview if they liked you most likey you would get hired through the second interview they would probably ask you questions like why you would want to work there and how would u benefit the team and what position you were really looking foward to at first I was counter then switched to back of house which was pretty cool I thought.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
