Applied online. Got emailed 3 days ago for an Open House interview for Monday. Interview lasted 5-10 minutes. Said I would here back the next day. Didn't get an email or call regarding her decision so I guess I didn't get the job.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
