Interview was held at 10 a.m. at the store location Sat down asked me basic interview questions . They want you to grow with the company go to the panda school lots of room for growth and they want to see if you can grow with them

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
