i went to thier an open interview. i went there on time then there were alreasy more than 20 people there. i waited about 30mins and got an interview. they asked me a lot of questions like why do you wanna work at panda express, what would you do if customers or co-worker complains, how many hours can you work because they work like from morning til close.
They never called me back

I applied through my school job fair and received a phone call from them asking for a interview. I accepted and I had an interview with the manager and assistant manager.
Pretty easy and straightforward. People are very friendly and store manager will ask some questions about the experiences, hobbies, education, etc. Most of questions are very easy and relaxing, and store manager will call you back if you are the good fit.
