Friend of mine got me an interview and I came in, sat around for 20 minutes and then was interviewed by ACO. Interviewer kept looking off into distance when I was talking as if he was uninterested in what I was saying. Said he would contact me in a week and took him about 3-4. Unprofessional, didn't respond to my calls, messages, or emails. Finally came in for 2nd and interviewed by 3 ppl. Basic questions but really wanted to know about guest service experience. After that I waited another month and got a Panda preview where you work in a panda for 6 hours and get interviewed again and after that they get back to you with offer.

Colloquio
Very nice and friendly interview that focuses more on trying to figure out how much potential they see in the candidate. It's not so much about what skills you currently have. They are looking for open-minded individuals that are positive in nature and can adapt well to changes. Each interview process consists of 2-4 interviews, depending on how much they like you and the schedule availability of upper management.
