They hire after thirty seconds. They ask you simple questions. They tell you if you work full time you get benefits. The schedule can be a set schedule. Weekend needed. You have to take out trash at night where it’s dark and unsafe. You have to wash dishes and carry hot pans

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
