I was interviewed at a Panda Express in Panorama City, not sure if i got the job but it consisted of two people, the first was the assistant manager and then followed by the Hiring Manager. The assistant manager was very nice but the hiring manager was bombarding me with questions!

An unexpected question was what makes me nervous, i didn't know what to answers simply because i had just overcame my two fears...public speaking and math.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
