Asked me questions about my life goals, why I want to work there, basic stuff. It was also at the same time that this other girl was being interviewed. I got the job on the spot and started completing paperwork after.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
