It was simple. Applied online, showed up to the store the same day, and had my interview. It was about standard fare for an interview, discussing your strengths/weaknesses, etc. Read up a little on the history of the company, it will help you.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
