Interview process at Panda Restaurant Group is different than any other company that I have interviewed at before. The process to get the temp position took three interviews. First interview I mostly talked about what experience was and what my interest were, second interview I spoke about what I did with my former employer, last interview is more like an exam to test your knowledge of the company culture and values. Through each step of the way I was given a pre interview prep call to help coach me through the process. My interview coach would give me questions to expect as well as let me know what type of answer the interviewer was looking for. The first interview is a panel that is longer and more informal. Second and third assessments were both about 15 mins in my case.
