I walked in, was greeted by all the workers through a friendly smile and "welcome to Panda Express", asked to speak to the manager for a scheduled interview, she shook my hand and asked me to sit with her at a table, she introduced herself and ask me to tell her a little bit about myself, asked me if I was interested in answering some questions, I answered them honestly and she said she was very happy and pleased with the interview, but wanted her Lead Counter to have an interview with me as well, rescheduled me for another interview, thanked me for my time and I walked out feeling 10x better than I did when I walked in.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
