The interview process was fairly easy and smooth. Some of the questions management ask are based on your experience cleaning and communicating. As well as your ability to handle certain chaotic situations with customers and store policies/ operations.

Two managers sat down with me and asked me about myself. Then they had a list of questions and I don't think they asked all of them. I think they asked me questions and based upon my answers, they asked follow up questions and also used that to gauge what other questions they should ask.
The interview was quick and easy. They ask mostly experience/personality based questions. If you’ve never had a job before it’s okay! They’re very understanding and most new employees have no prior experience.
