It wasn't bad, they asked me questions relating to my previous jobs and my abilities as well as my availability. They need to make sure you're willing to take on the workload of this job, as it is quite intensive at times. The manager was really nice and was very helpful by explaining what was expected and what I needed for the position.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
