It was very easy. They just asked me some basic questions like introduce yourself, why you choose panda, or talk about your previous jobs. After the first interview, the lady who interviewed me said that there will be the second one in the next day with her boss in another store. However, when I came for the interview, they sent me to another gentlemen. He asked exactly the same questions that I was asked in the first one. He told me that I have to wait for at least 7 days for the background check, but then they called 3 days later to offer the job.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
