When I arrived the Manager came out to meet me and we sat at a table to the side. I had to wait about 10 minutes for her to finish up her work for the lunch rush. We sat down and talked, the whole interview took about 20 minutes.

She asked me if I had any other job experience, what I would do in a situation that I had to make fast decisions, when I needed to fill in a leadership position, why I wanted to work at panda express, if I had to teach someone how would I do it and how I had past experience teaching people certain skills.
