30-minute screening interview over teams where they asked basic questions and went over my resume.
1-hour interview over teams when they went more in detail about past experience. High focus on play-by-play of exact manager scenarios.
I did not reach the next stage. However, it was an in-person, on-job interview where you would work a day at their location asan assistant manager with the manager watching/answering questions.

Secured two interviews back to back in the same day, waited for a third then received an email saying I wasn't selected. Not sure why I wasn't selected. I applied for the Bakersfield location but it seemed like they were interviewing for a location an hour away.

Zoom interview; you meet in a lobby with a group of people and then are sent to breakouts rooms. The initial interview is a welcome interview and then there are additional interviews. They let you know pretty quickly if you made it to the next round

Was easy and very thorough, I learned a lot during my first and second interviews. I did some video submissions answering generic questions in my first interview and in my second, I had a video interview with the hiring manager for the area.
