I was reached out by a recruiter and was scheduled a video call with the hiring manager the following week. The interview was supposed to last 30 minutes, my interview lasted 10 minutes. The first statement he made was telling me that the next step was the final step: a mock call. I was never asked to introduce myself nor did I get asked why I wanted to do sales. There were no follow-ups to my answers. His final question was asking me to explain what I did in my previous SDR job and my metrics. His only response to my answer was ok. I was not asked to elaborate. He ended the interview by saying PandaDoc is hiring several more SDRs and that he's scheduled to interview more candidates today.
