After Phone screening, they send me at home assessment .
Which includes very basic questions.I answered all correctly and thoughtfully.
After 2 days they responded not moving forward. What kind of company do this. They wasted my time. Very bad experience .

I had a long, multi-step interview process for a role at PandaDoc, including multiple interviews and a detailed take-home assignment. Despite their friendly tone during interviews, communication was unprofessional and slow — I had to follow up multiple times just to get a status update. After investing significant time and effort, I was informed much later that they had moved forward with another candidate.
If you value timely communication and respect for candidates’ time, be aware that this company’s hiring process can be drawn out and frustrating.
