I applied online after being informed that a position was available. There was an assessment that took maybe about 45 minutes to complete that basically tested your personality, work values, how you would handle a few what if situations. I received a phone call from the manager a few days later to schedule an interview. The interview was in the dining room of the Montgomery location, the manger was very warm.
