I applied in person at my local panera. I was looking for a part time job while in college. I submitted my application and was contacted by the store manager within a couple of days. The manager was very polite and asked me some questions about my food service experience. We set up a time for my interview. I made sure I studied the menu extensively and brushed up on arithmatic problems. I made sure that I arrived early for my interview as the restaurant business can be very rushed and I wanted to be aware if the manager was going to be extra stressed going into my interview.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
