(The actual process took a couple of hours before it opened) When I drove by one night, there was a Panera Bread restaurant in the works for a grand opening and I happened to notice a "Now Hiring" sign. As soon as I got home, I applied RIGHT AWAY. In the morning (around 10 am if I recall) I got a call from the manager and ask if I could come then next morning at 7:30 am.; I accepted. The following day I went to the interview and I was the very first to be interviewed. The manager seems nice at first but as soon as he got me to answer questions, he was concerned about my lack of eye contact (I didn't mean to lose contact). Then he talked about my work history. Because I haven't had employment *cough* he suggested that I should go to a job agency to help me get a job. What I think is that he was being rude and making me real nervous, which I hate. When the interview was over, he said that I'm not qualified to work here just because I had no experience. I'm sorry but he is a jerk. He doesn't deserve to be manager.
