Had two interviews. The first manager thought i was awful, the second thought i was great. The second manager hired me. There were Lots of standard, easy questions. The manager tried to keep a relaxed atmosphere by slouching in his chair, there is no need to wear formal business clothes. I even waited an hour after arriving 15 min. early for the interview, just for the manager to finally come over and interview me.

The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
