After applying I received a call not too long after scheduled an in person interview, it was very relaxed, casual and easy going. Asked typical interview questions, nothing out of the norm.

Interview was in the restaurant and fairly short. Standard behavioral questions about experiences and skills. I was offered the position in the restaurant after the interview. The job started the following week after the interview.

Preliminary questions online then one on one interview. The interview was conducted by the assistant manager. Recommend following up after the interview if you are serious about the job. Interview conducted at a table inside Panera.
