It was a quick interview with the psycho manager. I was hired on the spot. She went over the general manger's head. The shortest, most pointless interview of my life. I got a free drink so that was cool. She stopped in the middle of my interview to talk to an off the clock employee about his friend's interview.

Very relaxed interview, asked me basic questions and availability. They offered me a job on the spot however, it was not the position I applied for. I couldn't make the hours work that they wanted so I declined.
I submitted the application in the store and had an interview with the manager within a week. I received an offer via phone call the next day. Overall smooth process.
