Interview took place one on one with multi-unit manager in-store and was not intimidating, but felt like just getting to know one another. Second interview took place with GM of potential location and was also one-on-one. Generally a good experience compared to board room and panel interviews.

Easy and straight forward questions, often directed towards conflict management and organizational skills. Nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected. Casual dress atmosphere and comfortable setting. Overall a very average and pleasant experience.

Quick and easy. Very forward questions. I got hired within two interviews and started the position within a week of the entire process. Very pleased with the process and would recommend to anyone looking for an entry level position to the service industry

The interview was fairly simply and relatively quick, Especially if you have service background. They ask about work ethic, availability, people skills and problem solving. Manager was nice and thorough on the day to day process.
