I went in one day and saw they had applications out. I took the time to fill it out in store while eating and when I was finished I brought the application to the manager. She reviewed it right there in front of me and asked if I had time for an interview on-spot. After the preliminary interview I was asked to come back in a week, where I was interviewed again and got the job. A week later I got my schedule and did a session at Planet Bread before I started working.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
