I submitted an application and two days later I got a call for an interview two days later. The person who interviewed me was kind and They hired me on spot due to my background and were incredibly kind and flexible with me in regards of scheduling me once I was hired.

Very short and brief, they don't look at your application until the interview, which is disappointing since they were looking for longer-term candidates instead of seasonal. If looking for seasonal work, make sure to ask if they are hiring for seasonal employees before applying!
