Interview wasn't too lengthy, was pretty much like your normal interview. They some general questions such as tell me about yourself and why do you want to work for the company. They also asked a lot of situational questions in regards to how you would act in certain situations that you may encounter. Overall a pretty easy and typical interview.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
