The interview was very casual. The manager was very approachable and friendly, and the environment was great. I answered the questions to the best of my ability, and most of the questions were pretty standard (previous experience, school, future, etc.). I applied online to two locations, and within 40 minutes I got a call from the one. The second one called on my first day of training with the first location!

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
