Filled out an online application, the General Manager called me and set up an interview at a time that was good for me. The interview was very outgoing and friendly. After a review of my work history and things I enjoyed and what position I would like best at the company I was hired and filled out the employment paperwork right there.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
