My self among other candidates met at a one of their locations. Waited around for a few minutes, then spoke to a manager one on one . The questions was pretty basic. Then he invited me for a second interview with another manager . That interview was a group interview . Then he said he was gonna give us a call in a few days . That was a couple days ago.

The interview was fairly simple and straight forward. We met in person at one of the owners franchised locations for the initial interview, and was hired to train as a baker to lead their new location.

Very relaxed interview, asked me basic questions and availability. They offered me a job on the spot however, it was not the position I applied for. I couldn't make the hours work that they wanted so I declined.
I submitted the application in the store and had an interview with the manager within a week. I received an offer via phone call the next day. Overall smooth process.
