The lady was nice. she talked fast and asked me questions like, "What is good service to you?" and "how would you respond to an upset customer?" or "tell me about yourself?" She told me she would get back to me 3 days after the interview.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

Previous experience and how to deal with a difficult customer
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
