The interview was scheduled through a job recruiting app with the store manager. I arrived on time and was told he would be there in few mins. After waiting for about 40 mins , the assistant manager showed up and said the manager was out on work. And she wasn’t involved with hiring.

It was fairly easy. Some behavior questions and questions about hobbies. They also asked me if I had any food service experience. Overall, it wasn't a bad gig between jobs.

Applied online, got a phone call to meet at a cafe, interviewed, got an offer, and accepted the job offer. Then scheduled training and orientation. Pretty easy process, except it is 3rd shift.
Very easy. My previous manager became the bakery manager so they already knew me. I contacted her and we arranged a phone call so we could talk about the position and see if it was a good match. It worked out really well for me then I was able to start soon after.
