There were two interviews, by the end of the first they made it seem as though the second interview was just a formality. It was not very formal, after the second interview I was shown around the back.

Interview was brief, ask about my experience in the fast casual business. What I like about Panera Bread and what I experience or skills I could bring to the business. We discuss Panera's requirements and where did I see myself in the 3 years or more. I fill out paper work and was hired on the spot.
