Two interviews, the second one is with the general manager. Questions related to customer service, teamwork, previous experience and availability. Why do you want to work in Panera? They are looking for people who are willing to learn, work and give excellent customer service.

How do you handle pressure when are some many people on line?
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
