I received a phone call the day after I finished the application to set up an interview. I was told to come in and ask for the assistant manager. When the interview was over I was told that I was going to receive a call from the store manager for a second interview although that did not happen.

Would you like to work the line? drive thru? front bakery?
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
