They don't really give a detailed job description although it's seemingly obvious. They were generally friendly and give you free bakery goodies of your choosing. They DO NOT inform you that you will be cleaning toilets, windows, busing tables, etc for the first MONTHS. I had to play phone tag with them for days to schedule an interview and kept getting the runaround but was persistent and eventually got the job.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
