I applied online Tuesday March 8, they called me on Thursday, and I interviewed on Saturday. I was seated at a table and offered a drink. I only waited maybe 5 min. The manager was very friendly. I signed a paper saying my application was legit and I didn't lie. He had a clipboard of questions and looked down a lot filling them out scribbling down all my answers. Lots of questions like "describe a time when you did..., give me an example of.., etc. He said if I haven't been called by Tuesday to call him. I called on Tuesday and my orientation is scheduled for Friday yay!

It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.

They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.

The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
