I first had to apply on line. Then i got a email to attend the interview. They provided a day with optional times to schedule the interview.I had experience in this position so it was an easy conversation rather than tough interview for me. Typical questions plus "why you would like to change your current job". Something about achievements and all this typical stuff for the position of slesman. Friendly recruiter.
