It started with a phone interview with a person from their corporate office. She was lovely to talk to, explained a lot of the position and was very honest with me about where they wanted to go with the store. I was told to contact the regional manager to set up a one on one interview. When I finally met with her, about a week later, she seemed to have very little information about the new store. She wasn't super personable and seemed less than interested in meeting with me. The kicker for me was that this is a store that pushes creativity and crafts on their customers and employees. It turns out that everything is "as corporate wants it" . The layout of the stores, color schemes and presentations aren't actually creative or thought up by the employees. False sense of creativity.
