So I had 1st round with a HR which was standard and he sent me a few details about how the process would go about. If i were to clear the 1st round, it would be a technical round and then a task and then another round of interview. I cleared the 1st round and moved to the 2nd round the next day and the technical round was a mixture of both technical knowledge and know how within the space which I felt went well. A few days later I got a mail saying that I had cleared the technical round but there was radio silence from their end after that. So I followed up only for the HR to tell me that they are looking at other candidates. It is possible a referral came through, but it is incredibly frustrating that despite clearing the rounds, a candidate can still be rejected.
