They use an outside company to vet resumes/applications. The company had sent a series of 4 emails stating to either take as assessment or that the company was pursuing other candidates. When I called the outside company they said their system does that and to take the assessment. The assessment took 2 hours. Afterward I never heard anything from the outside company or Paradigm Builders.
