Linked In message from the corporate recruiter. The message included a linkedin profile of the hiring manager. I've never seen that from a recruiter so it was really nice to seein the message. I then reached out back to her and via some back and forth discussion set up a meeting to discuss. I had a total of 2 interviews after the recruiter screening. Before and after each step in the process, the recruiter always kept me in the loop, she is very transparent. Very positive experience. I wish other companies worked like this.
