The interview process at Paradigm was one of the most thorough and thoughtful hiring experiences I've had. The process included an initial conversation with the Head of People, followed by an interview with the Head of Sales, who would ultimately be my direct manager. I then completed a case study exercise focused on analyzing a customer account, developing an expansion strategy, and demonstrating my approach to account management. There was also a Working Style & Work Principles interview designed to assess alignment with Paradigm's values and approach to problem-solving, followed by a final conversation with the CEO.
Every stage of the process felt intentional and relevant to the role. I was consistently impressed by the caliber of people I met and the quality of the conversations. It was clear that Paradigm places a high bar on hiring and is committed to ensuring strong mutual fit, both from a skills and culture perspective. While the process was rigorous, I appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and opportunity to engage with leaders across the organization.

HR screening call followed by an interview with the head of sales (hiring manager). The next steps were a mock discovery interview, behavioral assessment interview, and meeting with the CEO.
The entire process was very well organized with consistent communication about the timeline, expectations, and to provide resources/insights about each stage.
