3 weeks. Hiring manager, regional manager, sales manager, hiring manager, offer. Each had various questions about why I choose Paragon 28 to interview for. Questions about the company, expectations of me, and what my expectations are for the company.
Pretty straightforward and enjoyable interview process. No wasted time or wasted questions... the team knew what they were doing and were experienced in conducting interviews. Conversational in nature and got to the things that matter. Good process overall.

Very relaxed, managers made you feel comfortable and don’t kill your confidence intentionally like some other medical device companies do. Easy to be yourself when the people interviewing you respect you and your interest in the company. Great experience.
